CSC MonAvenir, a Catholic school board that operates 46 elementary schools, 11 high schools, and two combined institutions, used to monitor water usage and costs with water bills alone.

In 2019, the maintenance team installed Alert Labs water intelligence sensors at Saint Antoine, a school with high water consumption. MonAvenir used the minute-by-minute water usage data from the AlertAQ water intelligence platform to discover 2 leaks which were then repaired. Thanks to these insights, Saint Antoine lowered its water usage by 77% and is saving more than $5,350/year at a single building.

MonAvenir continues to monitor all its school buildings with Alert Labs solutions and has identified savings at even more schools.
