What is property organization?

As an Enterprise customer, you are now able to create tags for properties and organize them in a way that makes sense for you. Properties can have more than one tag. Tags can also be organized into multiple levels. It’s easy. It’s flexible.

Easier to see cost-savings opportunities

See at a glance which of your properties require further investigation or comparison. Organize your portfolio into groups of properties that make sense to you: geography, square footage, age of buildings, controls systems, or sustainability initiatives. We provide the flexibility to slice it in as many ways as you like. Highlight the outcomes of cost-saving initiatives (e.g. usage reductions from properties in a toilet retrofit program) or monitor sustainability performance of properties in a given geographical region.
