sas and alert labs to bring real-time leak monitoring solutions to multifamily property owners

Flower Mound, TX— September 24, 2020 — Today, Sustainability Solutions (SAS) announced their partnership with Alert Labs and introduced a new smart water flow sensor called Flowie-O. Multifamily property owners can use Flowie-O to monitor minute-by-minute water usage at their properties, ensuring leaks such as toilets, shower heads, broken sprinkler heads and unattended pool overflow are caught before the monthly or quarterly utility bill comes.

“This is a great partnership for SAS. Our focus on water and utility savings for multifamily housing pairs well with Alert Lab’s real-time monitoring and water usage insights. It maximizes water efficiency and increases multifamily property values,” said Kelly Stinson, National Sales Manager at Sustainability Solutions.

Many customers have already benefited from deploying Alert Labs solutions. “Using the Flowie device, we estimate that we’ve saved approximately $100,000 in annual water savings,” said Joanna Jackson, Building Performance Specialist with Minto Apartments (Read the Case Study).

“Our partnership with SAS will drive change in the market by allowing property owners and management companies insight and control over their water and sewer expenses,” said George Tsintzouras, CEO at Alert Labs. “We see properties lose money every day, literally, when they have inefficient fixtures or unidentified leaks in their buildings. Now, they can ensure that the investment to replace their fixtures is protected and there are no surprise utility bills in the future with Flowie-O.”
